Doc Marionna has over 25 years of professional performance experience and more than 50 years of guitar playing.
She's played countless shows and venues, either as a solo act or as part of a band, and has filled in as a guitarist for bands nationally and internationally (United States, Canada, and Mexico), including releasing a regional album. She's also written and performed soundtracks for local cable television shows.
She learned to play the guitar in Chicago, IL, and spent a significant portion of her music studies in the Mississippi Delta, where she studied and mentored with seasoned blues guitarists and played in several juke joints over the years.
Doc Marionna plays Guild, Martin, and Yamaha acoustic guitars, Fender, Gibson, and Epiphone electric guitars, Regal resonator guitars, and Fender and Vox amplification.
